About Ecozyme 107™
Ecozyme 107™ is a biogas-specific enzyme, specially designed to boost digestion efficiency of select compounds identified in the feedstock.
Enzymes are natural biological catalysts produced by all living organisms.
In a biogas plant they work to increase the speed of feedstock digestion, and subsequent conversion to biogas. The result is more biogas with a higher CH4 content.

The Benefits of Biogas Enzymes
Higher yields, lower feedstock costs
Biogas Enzymes like Ecozyme 107 deliver more efficient degradation of organic material.
Increased feedstock conversion means higher biogas yields for your plant.
In plants already running at maximum capacity, enzymes can be applied to reduce OLR and lower feedstock costs.
They can also enable recipe changes by processing difficult-to-digest, lower-cost feedstocks.
Reduced downtime and higher working volume
Our biogas enzyme solutions efficiently degrade organic material to improve mixing in your digester.
Better mixing helps avoid 'dead zones' where there is no biological activity. These dead zones increase the risk of process or biological instability.
By avoiding them, you can reduce downtime in your plant.
Avoiding dead zones also improves contact between your substrates and microbial communities meaning higher yields.
Better mixing also reduces separation and the resulting risk of crust formation. Hard crusts don't just reduce your working volume.
Left unchecked, they can even break your mixers or cause your whole digester to fail.
